I received my Optus bill which I have 2 phones on the one account, one had an extra charge of $13.78 and the other had an extra charge of $13.55, I contacted Optus and they explained that the company charging this was PHEME KOO, I tried to contact them on 1300 724 406 and I was on hold for over 20min with just a repeat service message, the strangest thing is that one daughter lives in Queensland and the other daughter lives in Melboure, which they have no idea what or if they had signed up for, how their numbers both ended up with this extra charge is still a mystery. Just call your provider and get them to block the number.

AFTER MORE TALK WITH WITH TELSTRA THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME $25.00 OF THE BILL. THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GIVE ME TO RING WAS 1300724406 TO HAV THIS MATTER DELT WITH, BUT THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN WAS NOT THE RIGHT NUMBER, THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN GIVEN OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE AS THE PEARSON I WAS SPEAKING TO TOLD ME THAT TALSTRA HAS GIVEN THEM THIS NUMBER MANY MANY TIMES.
THE PEARSON THEN GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO RING 1300764254, RANG BUT RECIVED A MESSAGE FROM DEALSHACK WHICH I COULD NOT ANDERSTAND WHICH WAS CONFUSION.
IN OTHER WORDS A RUN AROUND.
THIS WANTS LOOKING INTO.

I'm having problems with a company trading as DealShack (a front for mBill). Currently I have complaints registered with ACMA, TIO, ACCC & Telstra with another pending with Fair Trading (although that mob is typically less use than mammary glands on a male bovine). FWIW, mBill has its Australian office in Brisbane so any disgruntled victims who find the mBill phones are never answered may care to visit mBill personally and make their displeasure known.

I have been continually charged $10 per week for a service that I have not requested or need. This Deal Shack is a definite rort and should be investigated by the relevant authorities

I got many charge from this MIA pty Ltd as well. today I wrote email to support@mia.com.au to ask why charge me.
Then finally I found that I was got one message from nolimitgame, and that message by default is charging 5/w unless you stop their service. I was treating their message as hook message and never replied to them, so they charged me everyweek.!!!!!

guys, when you find you have this kinds of message, have to take action and I beg that australia govement or any telecom office to know this issue..

Billed 3 x $5 on various dates around April/May. No idea where they've come from, except I do recall getting random spam text messages. (I didn't reply to these texts.)
Asked Telstra to block Premium SMS (instructions on bill) and they said they will wave the fee.

been charged on my mobile $5 x 5 per month for no reason.
Telstra just say they put stop to it but I will wait and see.

I've had $6.99 charged from this number for over 12 months. Every month I ring Telstra and spend 20minutes arguing to have it refunded and to clear it up for good. Every month I am refunded and told that they have stopped the company from billing me and it won't happen in the future. Every month it shows up on our bill again and repeat ad nauseam.

I am being billed by vodafone for calls to or from this number. I do not know who they are & have not requested anything from them

I have the same problem and billed two times as much as AUD 72.85. I do not know this company as well as this service. I contacted Vodafone and they say to me I have to talk with MobileActive. I requested refund to MobileActive. MobileActive says to me they will contact game, bell sound etc service company to have money back. Until now there is no answer. I would like to know what this service is and how to stop this service.
Is there anyone know how to solve this problems?

I have received two bills from Vodafone stating that I have contacted this number and charged over $70!

Hi I got the same problem with vodafone. They charged me $14 for this number. I contacted the customer care they waive this fee and told me to contact that number try to stop them.

I have never call or authorise to call from my mobil to this number and Vodaphone charge me $45 every month for a number that personally or none of my family have been dialing, How we can get rid of this problem and stop charge me for this number. I'm not authorise I'm not calling anyone of this number and I do not acept any charge from this number
