receive texts from Commercial Credit Control that account is only 84.91 click http://goo.gl/2dll33 or use credit card payment ID 79xxxx to pay in full or call 1300 885 119

Rang the 1300 number from house phone and it does get answered by Commercial Credit Control to press options. I have no debts and never used Vodafone or Optus or any other provider except Telstra. What is this?? a scam?
